Jawan Harris.
Executive Director
Born and raised in South Seattle, Jawan established King's Dream Business Consulting in 2019 as a response to the city's ballooning gentrification and displacement of its Communities of Color. Jawan's professional background comprises automated logistics earned serving in the Armed Forces, a decade of high-volume multi-location market management, territory sales management, and a degree in retail management from American Military University. Jawan's ethos: "To advance micro-economies by arming oppressed groups with financial freedom."Â In other words: The freedom to create jobs, develop social programs, own assets, build companies, spend more time with loved ones, maintain wellness, protect culture, determine your destiny, and live a meaningful dignified life.
Prince Reece.
Director of Special Events
Prince Reece is a devoted father, husband, son, brother, and community member dedicated to serving the unincorporated Skyway/Westhill area. He founded the Skyway Nia Festival, an annual event that celebrates and recognizes positive Black culture in Skyway. Additionally, he co-organized the Heal the Hood rally and march in 2020, and he recently accepted the position of Director of Special Events with Shop Skyway to promote our homegrown celebrations further.
Najee Ladd-Ali.
Director of Community Relations
Najee is a proud father of his lovely daughter, Zuri Jade Ladd-Ali. He was born and raised in South Seattle and is a college graduate and former collegiate athlete. Najee is the owner and creator of Flyabove Athletics. He specializes in kettlebell and performance strength training. Currently, he works as the head strength trainer at Rainier Beach High School, his alma mater from 2009. Najee has trained highly-touted high school, college, and professional basketball and football players, including CJ Elleby, Aaron Brooks, and many others.
